What does EarthSun say about animals?
Humans are animals among other animals. EarthSun gives moral weight to the capacity for conscious experience and therefore asks people to reduce avoidable suffering in how animals are treated. Exact duties depend on evidence, context and practical consequences rather than a single slogan.

EarthSun claims
Other conscious animals deserve serious moral consideration.
EarthSun does not claim
That all species have identical interests or every harm can immediately be eliminated.
