Is EarthSun a cult?
EarthSun is designed against cultic authority: no infallible leader, secret doctrine, coercive membership, supernatural threat or immunity from criticism. A website cannot guarantee future conduct, so governance, finances, safeguarding and leadership behaviour must remain publicly scrutinised as the community develops.
A deeper answer
The most important test is not a label but observable practice: whether people can question, leave, disagree and obtain transparent information without retaliation.
EarthSun’s position is bounded by the public Living Foundation. Where the approved record is incomplete, the correct response is to preserve the uncertainty rather than turn a plausible idea into doctrine.
Healthy participation requires consent, accountability and freedom to leave.
That good intentions alone guarantee safe institutions.
